Upon completion of this training, the trainee shall be able to:

• Understand the process of accident investigation, root cause analysis and preparation of an accident report
• Familiarize with the concepts and procedures of an effective investigation of an accident and preparation of report
• Perform proper and thorough investigation of accident
• Organize an investigation
• Identify and analyze potential causes of an accident/incident
• Interview witnesses
• Develop a comprehensive report of an accident/incident
• Recommend solutions to prevent recurrence
