COMPASS Turns Over New Classroom Building to Paligawan Elementary School

On February 27, 2026, COMPASS Training Center, Inc. led by Capt. Antonio Burguete Jr, and key COMPASS executives held the turnover and blessing ceremony of a newly built classroom building donated to Paligawan Elementary School in Brgy. Paligawan, Silang, Cavite, reinforcing a long-standing community partnership since COMPASS Cavite began operating in the barangay in 2015.

This meaningful milestone was joined by Hon. PBGEN Edward E. Carranza (Ret.), Mayor of Silang, Cavite, Mrs. Mary Ann M. Batino, Ed.D., Public Schools District Supervisor, school officials, barangay leaders, teachers, students, and community partners.

The donated classroom, designated for Grade 1 learners, is a ready-to-use learning space with:
 Built-in comfort room/toilet
 Blackboard
 Classroom chairs and cabinets
 Wide sliding windows for good ventilation
 Tiled floors for easy maintenance

Paligawan Elementary School serves 115 learners from Kindergarten to Grade 6, and we are honored to help provide a safer, more comfortable, and more conducive environment for early learning.

In the words of our Chairman, Capt. Antonio B. Burguete Jr.:

“This classroom is our way of investing in the future of Paligawan… We believe that when we support children in their education, we help them move closer to their dreams, and we help strengthen the future of the whole community.”

Brgy. Paligawan has been home to COMPASS Cavite since 2015, and this project reflects our gratitude and continued commitment to creating lasting value beyond training by supporting communities that have long been part of our journey.
