COMPASS Training Center recently held its Korean Cuisine program for the galley personnel of Magsaysay – MOL. The three-day extensive program helped them capture the compelling flavours of authentic Korean food and practiced creating the characteristic vegetable, meat and seafood dishes of the region. Using distinctive ingredients, they have learned to prepare full menus of Korean dishes such as bulgogi, spicy soft tofu stew, spicy pork, kimchi, mung bean pancakes, japchae and more.
