Höegh LNG celebrates team spirit in “Power of One” Team Building

MANILA – Compass Training Center in partnership with C-nergy International and Compass Center for Leadership, Management, and Governance held a team building entitled “Power of One” for Höegh LNG Crew. The event took place at C-nergy International, Inc – a safety training facility located in Silang, Cavite, on the 6th of March, Tuesday. The program was joined by eighty participants from Höegh LNG composing of seafarers and office staff.

The team building kicked off with multiple activities at the training pool and was followed by simultaneous challenges with goals that lead to another. 

Ole Halvorsen, a Senior Manager Training and Competence Development of Höegh LNG Fleet Management, and Ms. Fiona McMahon of Höegh LNG Maritime Management have actively participated each activity and strongly exhibited team cooperation gave everyone the drive to continue what they have started and become better on their job.

Everyone left with high spirit knowing that they can do things with no impossibilities. This kind of activity will be the start of more for Höegh LNG in making great effort to achieve their goals and be the best.
