Requirements:

 

  • A Licensed Deck / Engine Officers, preferably Management Level
  • Holders of IMO Model course 6.09 training certificate
  • Completion of IMO Model Course 3.12 and 6.10 (Train the Simulator Trainer and Assessor Course) and with MARINA Certificate of Accreditation as Instructor/Asses sor would be an average
  • At least five (5) years seagoing experience as a deck/ engine officer with experi ence carrying out of the duties of the C/M or 2/E
  • At least 3 years experience as an instructor in Maritime training and education
  • Able to demonstrate competence in teaching and de-briefing techniques
  • Fluent in the English language, both oral and written
  • Strong Affinity with international work environment
